“In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.” So begins the sacred text of Genesis.
The following project is the result of my travels to Israel during two years: a spontaneous approach to the Holy Land, to its religious, social and geographical complexity. I decided to lead my investigation without precisely structuring the project, in order to experiment a new sense of personal discovery. I tried to connect with different layers of reality and religion, by relying on the unexpected surprises and encounters that come when you abandon prejudices. I related to the extreme grace that surrounds spirituality in all its forms.
I consider this dialogue between myself and the world as the metaphor for Genesis. It brings within itself a renewed, universal language, which involves humanity as a whole.
